Update 3/20/2019: On Wednesday, Microsoft also rolled out build 18362 to Insiders in the Fast Ring. It fixes some of the issues that were present in 18361 as well as a few other under-the-hood improvements including the following:

Windows 10 19H1 Preview Build 18361

As previously mentioned, there aren’t a whole of new fixes or changes in this build. The two main improvements are for virtual machines and the BitLocker encryption security feature in Windows 10. Here is the list of what has been updated:

We fixed an issue preventing certain VMs from being able to install or update Windows Insider Preview builds – the VM would hang on the black screen with the Windows logo.We fixed an issue resulting in some Insiders experiencing unexpected BitLocker prompts to encrypt certain drives, and then subsequently failing to encrypt.

While the builds are coming out at a more rapid pace, remember we’re still several weeks until the final version of Windows 10 1903 is rolled out to everyone. You will also note that the watermark was removed from the lower-right corner of the screen a couple builds ago. Which is another sign we’re getting closer to the final release. Still, remember that with all preview builds, there are still plenty of known issues for users and developers alike. Issues include certain hardware not working like Creative X-Fi sound cards and Realtek SD cards not functioning properly. Make sure to read Microsoft’s full blog post for all changes, known issues, and workarounds.
